Mailing list members are people that have joined a specific mailing list to get periodic email messages, such as weekly newsletters. If the mailing list client that is used to manage the mailing list allows it, you can also approve mailing list members manually, but in this case such email messages may be considered unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Ordinarily, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking a link in the emails they receive, or you, as the mailing list administrator, can manually delete them in case they ask for this or in case you decide that some of the members should not belong to the list any longer. Each mailing list member will be able to view only their address in the "To" field of the email messages they get, but not the email addresses of the remaining mailing list members.

Mailing List Members in Cloud Hosting

The feature-loaded Majordomo mailing list management software application that is included with our Linux cloud hosting packages will grant you full authority over the members of any mailing list that you set up via the Hepsia hosting Control Panel. You’ll be able to add or delete mailing list members by sending an email message to, so you can do this from any place without even needing to sign in to the Control Panel. If you include a member manually, they will receive a confirmation request that they need to agree to in order to become part of the list. When they do this, they’ll get an email with the list’s rules and features. You’ll also be able to view a full list of all your mailing list subscribers and to check who’s receiving your newsletters or any other kind of periodic e-correspondence.

Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Hosting

If you get a semi-dedicated server through our company and you set up electronic mailing lists via the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section, you’ll be able to manage all your subscribers without effort. We offer one of the most widely used mailing list clients called Majordomo. It will enable you to see all your subscribers, to include new or to delete existing ones by sending an email message to the mailing list’s admin email address, so you can manage everything without even needing to sign in to your Control Panel. Needless to say, only you, as the mailing list moderator, will be able to do this. New members need to verify their subscription, so the email messages that you send will be legitimate and you will not have to worry about email messages being reported as spam. We also have a selection of instructional articles where you can find more information about how to administer the list.
